Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days of the original purchase date, provided the item is unused and returned in its original condition.

A 15% restocking fee will be deducted from the refund amount on all approved returns. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or in error.

Orders paid by credit card that are canceled prior to shipment are subject to a 5% cancellation/restocking fee. This fee helps cover credit card processing costs and order handling incurred prior to cancellation.

All returns must be authorized prior to shipment. Please contact us for a Return Authorization before sending any item back.
