The Spanish FR-8 is one of the more distinctive post-war Mauser variants, built from Spanish Model 1943 / Mauser 98-pattern actions during Spain’s transition to the 7.62 NATO CETME rifle. These rifles were configured with several CETME-inspired features, including the front sight assembly, rear aperture sight, muzzle device, and under-barrel tube.

This example features a measured 19¼" barrel with flash hider, wood stock, sling, and classic FR-8 military-style configuration.
