Overview

This Tyler Gun Works Custom Ruger Single-Six Convertible began as a stainless-steel Model 0626 and has been professionally transformed into a compact, highly refined field and trail revolver through a comprehensive suite of performance and ergonomic upgrades completed in the Tyler Gun Works Custom Shop.

Originally configured with a 6½" barrel, this revolver has been converted to a balanced 4" configuration and enhanced with a TGW action job and accuracy work, RW PJ Junior grip frame, and upgraded adjustable sight system. She's finished in a custom low-glare bead blast finish designed for practical outdoor use while maintaining a clean custom appearance. High-Grade Walnut grips complete the package.

Chambered in .22 LR and supplied with the original .22 Magnum conversion cylinder, this revolver offers exceptional versatility for trail carry, small game use, and precision rimfire shooting.

Tyler Gun Works Action Job

Each revolver receives a complete internal inspection and tuning process to improve smoothness and consistency while maintaining dependable Ruger reliability.

Work includes:

• Complete internal disassembly and inspection
• Timing verification and correction as needed
• Cylinder carry-up and lockup refinement
• Polishing of critical internal contact surfaces
• Spring tuning for balanced ignition
• Trigger refinement for a cleaner break

Result: A noticeably smoother hammer stroke and improved trigger feel without compromising durability.

Tyler Gun Works Accuracy Work

This revolver has also received TGW Accuracy Work, improving consistency and mechanical performance through:

• Barrel-to-cylinder gap optimization
• Precision 11° forcing cone work
• Barrel crown refinement
• Chamber throat inspection and correction as needed

These upgrades enhance uniformity and overall rimfire shooting performance.
