Original Large-Frame Vaquero | Simulated Ivory Grips with Engraved Ruger Eagle Logo | TGW Action Job | Factory Gray Hard Case | Excellent Condition

OVERVIEW

Offered here is a Ruger Vaquero Sheriff's Model revolver chambered in .357 Magnum, serial number 58-31982, presented in excellent condition with a 3¾" barrel, stainless steel finish, attractive simulated ivory grips featuring engraved Ruger logo, and our in-house TGW Action Job.

Introduced in 1993, the original Ruger Vaquero was built on the company's robust large-frame single-action platform, combining traditional Western styling with modern engineering. Its six-shot cylinder, fixed sights, and transfer bar safety mechanism made it a favorite among single-action enthusiasts and cowboy action shooters.

The Sheriff's Model features a distinctive shorter barrel, offering a compact variation of the classic Vaquero design. Chambered in .357 Magnum, this revolver also accommodates .38 Special ammunition.

This particular example features simulated ivory grips with engraved Ruger logo, providing a handsome contrast against the stainless steel finish. It has also received our in-house TGW Action Job, which includes setting the timing and cylinder positioning while smoothing the internal action components for improved operation and a crisp trigger pull.

According to Ruger's individual serial-number lookup information, this revolver was shipped in 2002, placing it within the original large-frame Vaquero production era.

Includes its gray Ruger factory hard case and manual.
