OVERVIEW

Offered here is a Ruger New Vaquero revolver chambered in .45 Colt, serial number 510-38064, presented in excellent overall condition with a 4⅝" barrel, traditional blued finish, simulated ivory grips with Ruger medallions, and our in-house TGW Action Job.

Introduced in 2005, the New Vaquero features a slightly smaller frame than the original Vaquero, combining traditional Western styling with Ruger's modern engineering. Features include a transfer bar safety mechanism, reverse indexing pawl, beveled cylinder, and fixed sights.

This early example features an attractive all-blued appearance with contrasting simulated ivory grips and Ruger medallions. The grip frame, cylinder frame, loading gate, and front sight display a distinctive vintage plum patina, adding character to this handsome sixgun. Our in-house TGW Action Job further enhances this classic Ruger revolver.

Includes its black Ruger factory hard case, instruction manual, and lock.

According to Ruger's serial-number lookup information, this revolver was shipped in 2006. Model 05118 is no longer in production.

This revolver presents very well, retaining an attractive blued finish with vintage plum patina developing on the cylinder frame, grip frame, loading gate, and front sight. The contrasting simulated ivory grips with Ruger medallions complement its traditional Western appearance. Further enhanced by our in-house TGW Action Job.
