OVERVIEW

Offered here is a Ruger New Model Super Blackhawk revolver chambered in .44 Magnum, serial number 87-68484, presented in excellent condition with a 7½" barrel, traditional blued finish, and beautiful genuine stag grips with Ruger medallions, custom fitted by Tyler Gun Works.

Introduced in 1959, the Super Blackhawk has long been appreciated for its rugged construction, classic Western styling, and powerful .44 Magnum chambering. The New Model incorporates Ruger's transfer bar safety mechanism, adjustable rear sight, and distinctive square-back trigger guard. Chambered in .44 Magnum, this sixgun also accommodates .44 Special ammunition.

This particular example has received our in-house TGW Action Job and features a TGW custom base pin latch. The beautifully fitted genuine stag grips with Ruger medallions provide a striking contrast against the traditional blued finish, completing this handsome custom sixgun.
