Built using 17-4 stainless steel, precision machined and properly heat-treated, the Model 90 is designed to withstand the tremendous pressures of modern big-bore cartridges while maintaining consistent accuracy and long-term durability. The robust Browning-style action provides smooth operation and exceptional strength.

The large, hunter-friendly curved lever allows for easy manipulation, even with gloved hands, making this rifle well-suited for harsh field conditions.

IMPORTANT FEEDING & AMMUNITION NOTES

Big Horn Armory rifles are engineered around specific cartridge overall lengths to ensure reliable feeding and cycling. While the .454 Casull and .45 Colt can be fired in the Model 90 chambered in .460 S&W Magnum, they are not guaranteed to cycle through the tubular magazine due to differences in cartridge length.

Shorter cartridges may be top-fed through the open action and fired safely, but proper cycling performance is achieved when using ammunition designed specifically for the rifle’s chambering.
