OVERVIEW

Offered here is a well-cared-for CZ 527 Lux bolt-action rifle chambered in .223 Remington, serial number 62755, featuring the traditional 24-inch barrel, walnut stock, factory iron sights, and detachable box magazine.

The CZ 527 was built around CZ’s compact small-action centerfire platform and became especially well regarded for its traditional European sporting-rifle layout, controlled-feed action, detachable magazine, and excellent trigger system.

The Lux was the classic sporting configuration of the 527 family. CZ factory literature lists the .223 Remington Lux with a 600 mm barrel, walnut stock, five-round detachable magazine, single-set trigger, and factory iron sights. These features distinguish it from the American, Carbine, FS, and Varmint models and correspond directly with the rifle pictured here.

This example remains in great overall condition, showing only light signs of careful use and handling. There are very light indications of previous scope mounting around the integral receiver area.

The rifle is accompanied by two detachable magazines. One new in factory packaging.

CONDITION

This rifle remains in great overall used condition, showing only light signs of careful handling and use.

The blued metal finish presents very well overall, while the walnut stock remains attractive with well-defined checkering and only minor scattered handling marks.

There are very light signs of previous scope mounting around the receiver dovetail area.

Two detachable magazines are included.
