Offered here is a Lipsey's Exclusive Smith & Wesson Model 629-9 Mountain Gun chambered in .44 Remington Magnum. This highly desirable no-lock Mountain Gun combines the classic handling characteristics that made the model famous with custom enhancements from Tyler Gun Works and fully hand-executed engraving by renowned engraver Ricky Sharp.

Built on Smith & Wesson's large N-Frame, the Mountain Gun was designed to provide serious magnum performance in a lighter, more packable revolver. The tapered 4-inch barrel and slim profile make it an excellent choice for field carry while retaining the strength and durability expected from a .44 Magnum.

We've enhanced this revolver with our in-house action job and fitted it with a beautiful set of High Grade Hand Select Bear Hug walnut grips. The result is a revolver that is equally at home in the field, on the range, or in a fine collection.

Each revolver is further enhanced by detailed, hand-cut engraving by Ricky Sharp. His craftsmanship adds elegance and individuality while maintaining the revolver's rugged Mountain Gun character.
