This is a Randall Made Model 10-3 Salt Fisherman and Household Utility Knife. This knife has a satin finished stainless steel upswept blade with swedge and notched thumb rest. The handle contains red linen micarta scales with brass pins and lanyard through the pommel. This knife comes with a Randall Made brown leather sheath, sharpening stone, and instruction manual.
