Pre-64 Winchester Model 94 .30-30 Winchester 20" – Lever Action
Pre-64 Winchester Model 94 .30-30 Winchester 20" - Lever Action
1941 Manufacture | Pre-64 Winchester | 20" Carbine | Blued Steel | Walnut Stock | Great Vintage Condition
OVERVIEW
Offered here is a 1941 Winchester Model 94 chambered in .30 W.C.F. (.30-30 Winchester), featuring a traditional 20-inch carbine configuration, walnut furniture, and Winchester's legendary lever-action design.
Originally introduced in 1894 and designed by John Moses Browning, the Winchester Model 94 became one of America's most recognizable sporting rifles. Its association with the .30-30 Winchester cartridge helped establish a lasting reputation among generations of hunters, ranchers, and outdoorsmen.
Manufactured in 1941, prior to America's entry into World War II, this example represents Winchester's desirable prewar production era. It features a blued steel receiver, traditional top-eject action, full-length tubular magazine, walnut buttstock and forearm, and classic barrel-mounted iron sights.
The rifle retains an attractive vintage appearance, with aged blued metal surfaces and beautifully toned walnut furniture. Normal age-related finish wear and scattered handling marks contribute to its character without detracting from its overall presentation.
With its prewar manufacture, classic configuration, and pleasing condition, this is an appealing example of Winchester's historic American craftsmanship.
