This double action revolver is a S&W Model 657-4 chambered in .41 Magnum. It's built on the N target frame with 3 screws, originally released in 1986. This example is from somewhere between 1997-2001 and has a 6"-barrel, matte finish, 6-shot fluted cylinder, green Hi-Viz front sight, black stainless adjustable rear sight, and target hammer and trigger. It wears a newer set of S&W target grips with diamond checkered inlay and diamond around the escutcheons. It has a grooved rib and smooth curved backstrap.
