Offered here is a new-in-box Ruger Gunsite Scout Rifle chambered in .450 Bushmaster, Model 6837, serial number 680-93849.

Built around Ruger’s proven controlled-round-feed bolt-action platform, the Gunsite Scout was designed as a compact, versatile field rifle with practical iron sights, detachable magazine feeding, and multiple optics-mounting options.

This .450 Bushmaster version features a 16.1-inch cold hammer-forged barrel, factory muzzle brake, forward-mounted Picatinny rail, adjustable ghost-ring rear sight, protected front sight, and a handsome American walnut stock with 3 adjustable butt pad extenders. The combination gives the rifle a traditional sporting appearance while retaining the rugged, compact character of the Scout platform.

This particular configuration has been discontinued and has become increasingly difficult to find, especially in new-in-box condition.
