Offered here is a new-in-box Ruger M77 Hawkeye African chambered in .270 Winchester, model 57166, serial number 712-83301. This distinctive configuration was produced as a Lipsey’s Distributor Exclusive, pairing the classic .270 Winchester cartridge with the traditional styling of Ruger’s Hawkeye African rifle.

The Hawkeye African is built around Ruger’s controlled-round-feed M77 action, retaining the classic claw extractor and three-position safety that have long defined the platform. This Lipsey’s-exclusive .270 configuration features a 24-inch barrel, satin blued steel, and a handsome walnut stock with traditional checkering and red recoil pad.

This rifle was shipped in 2024 and remains new in its original factory box. The box shows shipping and handling wear and the stock has a few minor handling marks. Factory scope rings are not present.

There are a few minor safe marks from storage and handling, but the rifle remains in excellent overall condition. The original Ruger factory box is included.
