OVERVIEW

Offered here is an early Ruger New Model Blackhawk chambered in .357 Magnum, serial number 33-94849, dating to approximately 1977 and upgraded with several tasteful TGW enhancements.

This revolver retains the classic blued New Model Blackhawk configuration and is fitted with an attractive set of stag grips with Ruger medallions. It has also received an in-house action job and is equipped with a Belt Mountain base pin, two worthwhile upgrades for a traditional Ruger single-action.

The combination of the 6½" barrel, stag grips, and period blued finish gives this revolver an especially handsome traditional appearance while retaining the strength and practical design for which the New Model Blackhawk is known.

CONDITION

This revolver is in excellent overall condition with minimal signs of use and handling.

The blued finish retains an attractive appearance. The revolver has been upgraded with an action job and Belt Mountain base pin and the stag grips show handsome natural color and character.

Some normal finish wear and handling marks are visible, particularly on the metal surfaces, but the revolver presents very well for a nearly 50-year-old single action.
