OVERVIEW

Offered here is a well-cared-for Ruger New Model Blackhawk Bisley chambered in .45 Colt, serial number 47-86235 (1997), featuring the classic 7.5-inch barrel and a tasteful selection of Tyler Gun Works upgrades.

This revolver has received a Tyler Gun Works Action Job, along with a free-spin pawl and Belt Mountain base pin. It is fitted with a striking set of custom Birdseye Maple Bisley grips by Chig's, giving the revolver a distinctive appearance while preserving the traditional lines of Ruger's Bisley grip frame.

The cylinder retains the traditional factory Bisley engraving, adding another desirable visual detail to this classic single-action configuration.

This revolver remains in very nice overall condition, showing normal signs of careful use. A subtle plum patina is beginning to show on the loading gate and along the top of the Bisley hammer, giving the gun just a touch of character without detracting from its overall presentation.

CONDITION

This revolver remains in excellent used condition and has clearly been well cared for.

The blued finish presents very well overall with only light signs of handling and use. The Birdseye Maple grips remain especially attractive, and the factory Bisley cylinder engraving is crisp.

A slight plum patina is present on the loading gate and along the top of the Bisley hammer, consistent with normal aging of the finish.
