Offered here are factory Ruger XR3-RED grip frames removed from New Model Blackhawk revolvers, presented in new take-off condition and including Ruger factory polymer grip panels with silver Ruger medallions.

The XR3-RED grip frame (“Redesigned”) became Ruger’s standard single-action grip profile beginning in the early 1960s and remained widely used across New Model Blackhawk, Single-Six, and Vaquero revolvers. Its slightly fuller contour improves recoil control and handling compared to the earlier XR3 pattern.

These factory take-off assemblies are ideal for restoration projects, custom revolver builds, or replacing worn or modified original grip frames.

Please note: these examples do not include internal locating pins and are not compatible with Ruger Bearcat revolvers.
