Introduced in the early 1990s, the Ruger P89 was developed as an improved successor to the P85 series, earning a reputation for rugged construction and dependable service. The P89DC variant features a double-action/single-action trigger system with a decocker-only mechanism, distinguishing it from the standard manual-safety model.

This particular pistol, Ruger Model 03044, was shipped in 1995 and displays plum-toned patina on the controls, with additional plum coloration beginning to develop along both sides of the slide.

CONDITION

This pistol is in great overall condition for its age, retaining its classic Ruger P-Series appearance.

The metal surfaces exhibit cosmetic finish wear consistent with age and previous handling. Plum-toned patina is present on the controls, with additional plum coloration beginning to develop along both sides of the slide. These cosmetic characteristics are reflected in the overall condition assessment.

Two additional 10-round magazines are included.
