Overview

Recently reacquired and back in inventory, this Tyler Gun Works Custom Ruger New Model Blackhawk is a unique custom revolver originally built for and showcased at a gun writer event held at Gunsite.

Built on Ruger's proven New Model Blackhawk platform, this revolver received a comprehensive Tyler Gun Works action package and was configured with several custom features selected specifically for the event. The revolver features a stainless blast finish with a spun cylinder, a Belt Mountain base pin, Bisley hammer and trigger, and a custom Bo Ty grip frame fitted with hand-made Turkish walnut stocks featuring a subtle palm swell.

Sighting equipment consists of a Fermin Garza front sight paired with an adjustable rear sight, providing a highly visible and practical sight picture for field or range use.

The revolver remains in excellent, well-cared-for condition and includes its factory hard case, documentation, lock, and the original certificate detailing the action work completed. A distinctive custom sixgun with several desirable TGW upgrades.
