Developed to meet the demanding specifications of the FBI's Hostage Rescue Team, the Professional Model represents one of Springfield Armory's premier custom-built 1911 pistols. Each Professional was individually hand fitted and tuned by Springfield Custom Shop pistolsmiths for exceptional reliability, accuracy, and duty performance.

This example features a 5" match-grade barrel, blued finish, checkered wood grips, stainless trigger, Novak tritium front night sight, Novak rear sight with Trijicon tritium inserts, and includes the factory hard case with three extra magazines.
